It all started with frustration. Why was it so incredibly difficult to simply make an appointment at your favourite hairdresser or beauty salon? Constantly calling during office hours, endlessly waiting for a WhatsApp reply, or the eternal "I'll call you back" that never came.
On the other hand, we saw salon owners working themselves to exhaustion. Always having to be available, even in their free time. Every evening, every weekend – the phone rang. "Do you have space tomorrow?" The story we heard everywhere was the same: no rest, no overview, no time for the work they actually chose.
That's why we started Lookster – a young, driven team with one mission: to definitively eliminate appointment stress. We believe that technology should make life easier, not more complicated. Our smart, intuitive solution gives salon owners their time back.
