Appendix A - Rates & Licenses

1. Trial period

  1. The Trial Period is three (3) months and starts at the time of creation of the Partner Account.
  2. During the Trial Period, the Fees for using the Salon Software/Dashboard are €0, unless Lookster states otherwise.

2. Subscription after trial period (Dashboard / Salon software)

  1. After the Trial Period, the monthly compensation is:
    1. €35 per month excluding VAT.
  2. Included Seats/employees:
    1. Included are a total of three (3) Seats: one (1) Owner/Manager Seat and two (2) additional Employee Seats.
  3. Additional Seats:
    1. For each additional Seat above the included number: €5 per month excluding VAT per Seat.

3. Invoicing and payment

  1. Lookster invoices in advance per month.
  2. Payment term: fourteen (14) days after invoice date.
  3. In the event of late payment, Lookster may, after a reasonable payment reminder, suspend access to (parts of) the Services.

4. Changes in rates

  1. Lookster may change rates with at least 30 days' prior notice.
  2. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changed rate.

5. Commission on bookings

  1. Commission on bookings via Lookster is currently: 0%.
  2. Lookster may introduce commissions or booking fees in the future with at least 30 days' prior notice and an updated version of this appendix.
